RAIN in the BAY AREA??

Eek. I've been living here in the real Bay Area for well over a decade now, and it almost never rains during the summer time, especially right in the middle on June 25th.

Granted it's stopped now and lasted for about 9 minutes, but eek!

i lived in oakland for some time..and rain in the summer was rare. but it looks as if its almost gonna rain in reno right now...and rain in reno always comes from the bay area.

cmon GB...every summer we get overcast days...and occasionally a few drops...although only a hand full during the summer...for the past 3 years I can remember having at least 6-10 overcast days during the summer...and a couple w/ a few rain drops

Im in Walnut Creek and I could smell the rain before it actually started. I love it! It's a nice break from the surface of the sun type weather weve been having over the last few weeks.

Every year there's a couple 4th of July tourneys in Reno. I think it only ranges in ages 16-18. I might be wrong though. There's going to be a lot of teams up there. Watch out for us teens...we're all comin..lol. Stuff happens every year we go up there. I forget what park we're playin at....I'd remember if you gave me a list of a couple that are in Reno.

Yea, that rain sure caught me by surprise. I rode my motorcycle to work, assuming it would be nice. I leave work and see this dark clouds towards the way I go home. About 4 miles from my house, it starts to rain. I was like, WTF???? So weird that last Monday-Wednesday it was 100 degrees. Last Wednesday it was SO HOT riding home on my bike, I was sweating like crazy, then not even a week later I'm freezing riding home in the rain. Odd.
