RAM upgrade

I have 2GB (2 x 1GB) of Corsair XMS2 RAM (PC6400 800MHz) on my system. I am running it on ASUS M2N32 -SLI with Vista 64-bit. I am looking at adding some more RAM and found this great deal on Newegg. 4GB (2 x 2GB) for $45 !! The problem is a little specification difference. I hope somebody can tell me whats the difference & if the new RAM would work with the older one.
Old 2GB : Cas Latency 4; Timing 4-4-4-12; Voltage 2.1V
New 4GB : Cas Latency 5; Timing 5-5-5-18; Voltage 1.9V

It should work, but you will have to run them all at the looser (that is, higher) timings. You may have to use the higher voltage as well.

If you have your settings on auto the system should level the playing feild between the 2 so that they are matched at a slower timing.
