Random Computer Restart

Hey guys, I've been having some issues with my computer lately. It seems to just restart randomly. I don't mean that it has an update to install and I missed telling it to delay the restart. I will doing something and the computer will just go off and immediately begin booting up. The nature of it seems to suggest a hardware issue instead of a software one. I also notice that this "restart" seems to occur most often when I walk in front of the computer but as far as I know I don't brush up against it. This may be coincidence though.

My build is:
Phenom II x6 1100T OC'd to 4.0ghz @ 1.4v
Asus M4A89GTD-PRO
8gb RAM 1333mhz
HIS Radeon HD 6950 @ 900mhz
Momentus XT 500gb
XFX 650W XXX edition
Corsair H60 cpu cooler
Cooler Master Haf 932

I did just get a OCZ vertex 3 120gb SSD that I'm going to use as a boot drive, so if an OS reinstall will do the trick I'm about to do that. I had considered that I might be pushing the PSU too far with the overclocking. But I've played skyrim or shougn 2 for several hours and never had this restart happen. I've only had this happen once during a game, everything else has been during other processes.

Any suggestions you guys have would be awesome.

Primary suspect is heat. Specifically, the mobo is trying to save the proc.

Start by checking that there are no kinks in the hoses, and that the fan/pump is working properly. If all that checks out, clock down to stock speed...if the problem disappears, you may try to clean and reseat the block with new thermal, or otherwise stick with lower clock speed.

Had another moment to think about it...now I'm considering power. Walking by the machine probably created just enough vibration to break a contact. You may have a loose cable (interior) or the PSU cable needs to be more snug or something.

You've got your CPU and GPU overclocked, so the first thing to do when encountering mysterious instability is to reset the speeds to stock.
