Random lockup problems... Win2K and Linux

Since the problem is OS independent, I figured it is probably a hardware issue. It's not a heat issue I don't think because when it happens my CPU is only at about 36C or so which is well within range. This problem has only been happening lately. I reduced the overclock to 1050 and it's still happening. Any suggestions?

KT7A w/ 1 GHz T-Bird at 1050 (will go higher)
512 PC-133 Infinion RAM
GeForce MX
Santa Cruz
Linksys Ethernet card
IBM 75GXP 45GB
Seagate 8 GB HD (5400 RPM)

I haven't changed any hardware recently. The lockups started happening about two months ago, but have gotten worse lately.
