Random Reboots... Help?

So my computer random powers down and reboots. I have no idea why.

I first thought it was a failing PSU. Replaced that with an Antec NeoHE 550. Nope. Overheating? Nope, doesn't ever really get above 50C. I have an aftermarket cooler and AS5 on it. Did a MemTest for a whole evening - no problems there. I thought it was maybe a driver issue. Took out my TV tuner, uninstalled the drivers. I've yanked out everything except for a PCI wireless network card and my video card. I've even gone as far to yank out the video card and swap it with something else. I'm running out of ideas. This is on a fresh install... don't know what to do. Everything just clicks off and restarts...


What's strange is that it sometimes can't even boot into windows. I'll choose last known good config or start normally and it'll click off and restart again. After lettting it cycle through a few times, it'll eventually get in.

Help.

Specs:

A64 3200+, EPoX EP-8KDA7I, 2GB PC3200 Corsair Value Select, Radeon 8500LE/3d Labs Wildcat VP800 Pro, Belkin F5D7000 Wireless PCI, Hauppauge PVR-150, and a whole bunch of HDDs/Optical drives.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Way out there but wall socket having a erratic connection????

I have an epox 9npa+ ultra and I also have random reboots. However, I did determine that it was mostly based on the motherboard, as when I go into POST (right after the random reboots), I get obviously wrong temperature readings (300F) and the voltages that are given vary from program to program. I would guess it's the mobo, but I can't say for sure.

I'm thinking it might be the board now... I just did a fresh format again with nothing but the video card.
