I eat a lot, used to eat > 1lb of chicken (at least the frozen weight) for dinner with carbs to match maybe 2-3 x a week. Carb portions are huge with every meal, except mebbe breakfast b/c its only cereal. But I'm always tired unless I get some exercise, so 7/10
