Above average, maybe 7/10. I'm pretty thin (was always the lightest male in class) but that's mostly because I don't eat very much.

Shitty/10

My energy level has never been dependent on what I eat for some reason. I think it's from so many years of eating so badly and exercising so little, that my energy level has always felt low. So now, even having eaten nothing all day, I feel normal.

200lbs is bulk, right?

FrustratedUser, where do you get this 200lbs of meat? Do you get it.... online?

Metabolism:
Energy: Got plenty of that. I start bouncing off the walls if I don't get lots of exercise nearly every day. Gotta do a couple of hours of mountain biking, some swimming, ultimate frisbee or something or I go crazy.

Food: Crapola. Easy to gain weight. Hard to lose it. Dammit.

Edit: I prefer narrative ratings, rather than numerical.

I'd say ~4/10. I can put on weight easily if I gorge myself, but if I eat normal quantities I lose weight no problemo.

I'd rate mine as 8/10 or so. Having said that, I think most skinny guys vastly overestimate how much food they eat each day. They may have a fast metabolism, but they aren't really eating as much as they think they are.

The laws of physics still apply - no matter how fast you think your metabolism is, you CAN outeat it. Granted you may not do so unless you make a concentrated effort, but still, anyone CAN gain weight.

Eh, I won't guess on an imaginary scale, but I track my calories. I've been eating 5000 calories a day lately and have put on a pound this week.

I laughed so hard at your comment, I think I lost a pound or two! Oh man...

I'm probably a 6 or a 7/10. I am pretty stable, but if I am inactive, I pay dearly. I don't eat the best stuff, but I don't pig out, either.

I've been around 120lbs for the past, oh, probably the past 5 years. I never had much of a big appetite though. My parents and grandparents finally learned that taking me to "all-you-can-eat" buffets was a waste of money. I'm also the sort who can sometimes get caught up in a project and forget to eat, at least anything substantial, for several hours. I guess my blood sugar drops a bit, because I'll start to get shaky, but I never feel like wasting the time on a big meal, so a quick glass of chocolate milk can suffice.
I'm still waiting for those damn meal-in-a-pill things to materialize on the market. Closest thing right now are protein shakes, or whatever they're called. Problem is, any of them I've tried tastes like fermented horse vomit.

Well, technically, I'm sure he does. The light reflecting off may impart some mass into him. e=mc^2
Granted, it's probably less than the mass of a single proton.

If I eat whatever I want, whenever I want I gain weight, but very slowly. If I eat healthy and right I stay pretty stable or even lose a bit of weight.

I feel pretty chipper, but I get winded easily and am somewhat overweight.

Try Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein powder if you want a pure protein shake, or Muscle Milk if you want something that tastes even better, but contains some carbs (which you sure as hell can use). Keep in mind that Muscle Milk or any protein shake, for that matter, is not a meal replacement, though it's better than nothing.
