Nope, IMO the whole concept is a plague on humanity.

Contrived or forced manliness, perhaps. But there is nothing wrong with masculinity in its natural form, simply because it is an attribute of someone. If you have a problem with masculinity, I would assume you have a problem with femininity as well, since they are mirror attributes.
