Congrats to the Tampa Bay Gays.
No, the Yankees aren't "fine with that". The bad news for NY: Soriano has only given up 9 HRs in 191 innings which is 1/2 the rate of CC, Lee, Price and 1/3 better than King Felix. For a team that has relied on the long ball all year, they now have to face the best against it - twice.on.the.road.
umm...Soriano is going to pitch, what, no more than 1 inning per game? his stats aren't he important ones, the starters are
I do think the Yanks are in some trouble - they need Pettite to pitch well, and Hughes - never of whom has finished very strongly at all
Phillies have Holliday and Oswalt - something they did not have last year - I think the Giants are going to be a tough out though, with their pitching as well
should be a good post-season
Will their home playoff games even sell out?
^I'm calling it a jealous yankees fan

I hate the Yankees, but they're going to end up with the better draw now. Congrats Rays, you now get to see Cliff Lee twice in a week.
Yeah, the Yanks are quaking in their cleats at the prospect of facing the Rays, their proven post season champs and the franchises long record of World Series success. Why, just the sight of all those banners hanging in the Tampa Bay shithole ought to terrify a team with as few championships as the Yankees. Boy, the last time the Rays won the World Series was truly awesome, what a juggernaut! Maybe they can play highlights to even further discourage the Yankees. I'll even download the torrent and do it for them. What year was that again? Trying to find the footage and I'm drawing a blank.

Yea, that went well last year...
