Well, after being my third post about the Foxconn mobo, it will start to look like I am hawking them! BUT, the Foxconn nF4 board has been reviewed on a number of occassions, most of the reviews I do not fully trust except for OCWORKBENCH and X-Bit Labs (X-Bit Labs being the tougher of the two). The more expensive nF4 boards are suffering from a surprising number of weird problems, from everything from memory compatibility problems to issues with the latest nVidia WHQL 6.39 driver set (BSOD with the Ethernet driver, etc). The Foxconn nF4 board does not appear to have any of these problems and is fast and stable. It just refuses to overclock much. If overclocking is not a issue for you, then I would say Foxconn. I ordered one and it is on the way. I would not give much credence to the "first tier mobo maker" crap. I can say this because one of the worst motherboards in recently memory was released by ASUS--their A8V-E Deluxe. It has horrendous and continuing issues with GeForce 6600/GT video cards (unbelievably!) and multiple BIOS revs have failed to fully correct the problem. Soltek, a so-called "second tier" maker, just released a K8T890 mobo that is very stable and fast and exhibits no issues at all--and it has been through some pretty tough reviews. So, the moral of the story is to disregard the "first tier only" mantra that others like to expouse and judge a board based upon the board itself.
