Recommended 19" for Dual Screening

I've been looking towards changing my current monitors with two new 19" monitors, currently I have:
Smile 17" but has lost it's pure white and is starting to get very blurry.
Formac 19" was cheap at the time but it hurts my eyes at 19" as it's slightly blurry too.
Both are pretty old monitors which is why I'm wanting to change, I'm a budget buyer willing to spend no more than £300 altogether, which brands should I look for? I'm wanting two identical monitors which'll make things easier, preferably one with low radiation and extremely crisp and pure flat/triniton screen, I'll be using both monitors at 1600 res too so having an 75Hz is minimum though 85Hz if possible.
Any ideas?

I dunno about european pricing, but i can get two new Samsung 997DF 19" CRTs for $360-$400

Is that USD? If so that's way out of my price range as that's about £220 per monitor.
I've been searching around and I've seen some cheap Hansol 930D's, are they any good?

I have an Envision EFT920 Flat CRT. Got it at staples at 140 bucks after rebate (they no longer offer it though). Runs 1600x1200 @ 75 hz.

If you can find it cheap, go for it.

AFAIK I've never seen an Envision in the UK, as for the Samsung 997DF's they don't sell them here either but we do have the 957P's. They're about £170 inc. VAT but not inc. P&P so...

M16Grenadier - I'm curious about your Envision EFT920. Have you run it at high refresh rates? It claims it's good to 160 Hz. Otherwise, do you like it? Fry's has it in-store for $109 (=$129-$20) this week (ends after 8/31 I think). I need extra-high refresh rates for doing stereo-3D with shutter glasses (VRex wired for $35), anything below about 120 Hz flickers. Thanks!
