My computer died, and I had to put my hard drive into a backup computer as a slave to get the information off, and I had to change the ownership of the files to get into the documents. Now I'm back on my normal computer running from the hard drive. When I started it up, windows created a "new" account folder which is "Account name.COMPUTER NAME" where my original account folder was just "Account name." In order to get into my documents again, I changed the ownership back, but it still doesn't load from my original settings, and I don't really don't want to redo all my settings or reformat (too much hassle). Does anybody know how to get it to load from my original account settings and erase the new account "Account name.COMPUTER NAME"?
