Recycle Bin Question

Dumb question, when some deletes something off your computer, most files generally go to the recycle bin prior to being totally deleted right? Well, does anyone know if its possible to get those files, etc. back after someone has already cleared out your recycle bin? Someone so nicely deleted a very important program and its files from my computer. I can find the program easy, but I can't access the files or logs.

I believe you can still possibly recover them with Norton Utilities. I think it may be "undelete". Can't remember. Someone probably knows of a freeware or shareware.

Also......if you are desperate......Lost and Found by Powerquest.

I believe it also helps if you haven't used the pc since deletion, so the files aren't as likely to have been overwritten.
