<< The guy isn't a "no-life spy;" he's a family man who takes care of and cares about his home and his neighborhood and doesn't want to see some yahoo with backwoods (jungle?) upbringing drag the whole neighborhood into the gutter. >>
If that's what he wants to do, posting pics and writing comments on his own personal website isn't going to be too effective... don't you think? You must have your finger firmly planted somewhere smelly if you can seriously think the website is for promoting good neighborhood "feel good" and maintaining property values and NOT for entertainment . Carlos took some steps like calling the zoning commision when his neighbor put up unsafe, unsightly projects, called the cops when it got noisy, etc,. etc. but beyond that, how much do you think his website stopped property values from going down?
<< The guy is not only showing the world some genuinely funny stuff, but he's alos protecting himself and others in his neighborhood. It's just a matter of time before Mr. Phong burns his house down, blows it up or has a driveby shooting or something. With all these pics and day-by-day accounts of Phong's idiocy, he'll have a leg to stand on in court. He's a smart cookie as well as a funny guy. >>
Court? IANAL, but I've never heard of someone being taken to court because they caused property values to go down. Driveby? And which neighbor (because seriously, who else gives a damn?) do you think will be commiting these drivebys?
