Refreshing snacks/drinks for summer

During the hot days we go through a lot of watermelon and red grapes. we keep it cut up in the fridge and the kids can come and get what they want.

I enjoy lemonade also. In the evening you can add something to it to make it a adult lemonade heh.

even bloody mary's are good too

If I'm out haying, I'll mix up a gallon of kool-aid - 2 packets for flavor, about 1/3 of the sugar it asks for. I'll usually drink the whole gallon over about 2 to 3 hours.

Coconut water. I think vita makes some interesting concoctions mixing coconut water with other flavors. refreshing!
