Remote Desktop Web Connection

I have cox communications business HSI (high speed internet) so I have all open ports and can run servers. I have a W2K3 server at home and can connect to my RDWC internal. I can bring up the server through IE on my laptop.
When I try and connect to my server outside my network I get the following errors:
(when I enter the IP address of my server)
Error 1

(when I enter the server name)
Error 2

Are you using a router? If so, you need to forward port 3389 to the IP of the machine you want to connect to...

I am using a linksys router and do have port 80 and 3389 forwared to the ip of the server
