remote sound and video

I have a tv tuner card in my desktop and i want to be able to watch it from the laptop anywhere in my house with video and sound how would i set that up?

you can try using WM encoder, and have it broadcast it, look up windows media encoder, and try and find some tutorials on how to stream it.

uhh i think thats a little past my knowledge i can build it and overclock it till it almost blows up but hooking them together gives me fits
