Replacement board, what about labor?

Even though Asus, via Intel, is replacing my 1155 board, I still feel screwed by having to tear down and rebuild my machine because of their mistake.

Has anyone issued this gripe to mobo manuf or Intel?

Why Yes!

I billed Intel and Asus as well for my "usual and customary" fee=$250. per hour.
I only billed them for two hours.
They said the "Check is in the Mail"...

ETA: I waived the "Pain and Suffering"...
