I see those signs to report drunk drivers but what about wreckless drivers? Will the police investigate or take these reports seriously?

This whole past week I've seen this a-hole in a pickup truck passing and cutting other drivers off at a red light by making it seem he's going to make a turn in the right turn lane. Light turns green and he floors it and cut off the first car. He'll do this at every light if he's not the first or second car at the light. There is no emergency either cause he does it every day that I see him. Just today when he did this there were people crossing the crosswalk and his big truck gets damn close to them.

position yourself next time so that his actions will cause him to get into an accident with you and so that it will be his fault. i think then it gets reported

Do you really think someone like that would even stop because of an accident or would have insurance? He would just keep going and if anything turn around and head back to mexico to hide for a week or two.

This is why its nice to have 400 horsepower MORE than other average vehicles on the road. Try as he might he would just keep embarrassing himself until he stopped or hit the pole on the opposite corner because he couldn't get over.

He isn't in a hurry, he isn't late, and there is no emergency. He is just one of those douche bags who has to have their sac on top for no particular reason. I bet he doesn't go any faster than everybody else once he's in front.

Calling it in is about it. When I was in San Diego this kid was pulling up next to cars on the freeway at 65mph+. He would swerve toward them and then back, like he was going to side swipe them. They did this to about 10 or so cars. After each one they would speed away to the next one. At least 80mph. I followed. After I had seen enough I waiting for them to speed away. I think started flashing my hi-beams and low beams kinda like a cop. Instantly brake lights and he slowed down and starting pulling over. lol.

I did call it in, but I followed them quite awhile and never saw a cop.

If he's doing it this consistently why aren't you filming it? I would film it and grab his plate although you may need some way to prove which day and time it happened at.

I wonder about that. What if you filmed a bank sign that had the date and never stopped recording.

Why would you want to report wreckless drivers when they are not out making any wrecks of anything?

If you ever get a chance, just walk by with some nails and a hammer and hammer them into his sidewalls when he's stopped. This is a case of fucking with a man's vehicle I can condone.

If its the same exact time every day, just leave 10 minutes early, find a cop, and tell him that this guy does it every day. Most cops will be glad you notified them of it, they'll hide across the street and then go run his ass down when he does it.

One guy used to do it all the time, every day on the way to my work. Difference was that he did it in a 90s mustang instead. The final straw for me was when he tried it one day and someone else didnt like it (they must drive the same way every day), they both slammed on the gas just as the light turned green and the mustang was faster, but not fast enough. He clipped the other guys front bumper and tore it off, the other guy freaked, swerved left and went head on into oncoming traffic. No one was hurt, but the guy just kept going. About a week later he showed up again, after 2 or 3 days, I grabbed a City of Riverside Police officer on the way to work and he waited across the street.

They impounded his car on the spot and took his license (previous reckless endangerment on his record and unpaid tickets is what I was told). I was late to work that day, but it was worth it.

I'm not in CA, but I called the police on a little old lady who was driving like a maniac, either drunk or just shouldn't be driving period because of her age. The police had her pulled over a few miles up the road.

How do you know if he's drunk or not? Just call the police and report an erratic driver, he obviously is, and is a danger to everyone else on the road. Bonus if you have his license plate. I hate to waste cops' time but this is more worthy than most of the crap they probably get called on.
