Are the 'objective' and 'integrity' parts really necessary? I think all employers would expect that from anyone. If you want to include an objective, spend more time writing down what you wan from a job, rather than just a generic response. Also, I would suggest going in to detail about your duties and responsibilities during your work experience.

I'd also suggest to flesh it out a bit - bullet points can't give the level of detail about you as a person that would make your resume convey who you are as a person and why someone should employ you. You also need to mention your age (and probably take your phone number off the web!)

Also its 'manner'

Cut the Integrity part. The job experience part is usually the inverse, you start from the most recent job.

555 isnt an exchange code anywhere, not my real number. Is age really necessary? I think it would cause potential employers to think some of the work experience and education were made up, although everything on there is 100% correct. Will change the spelling and go into work experience detail.

Again, lose the integrity. Goes from very formal to complete casual and deserving of scrap pile just due to that section. Otherwise, very nice, beats the hell out of mine.

You seem to repeat yourself a lot it makes it seem like you are trying hard to fill the page which is bad.

I would leave out that you are so young it opens you up to discrimination that you cannot prove. Race, Age, Sexual orientation, and religion do not belong on a resume.

drop the integrity and objective sections. Or if you want to keep the objective section custom tailor to each position you are applying for. Its a bit more work, but honestly, that little bit shows that you actually read the post and not just spamming your resume everywhere with such a generic objective.

Also, for the education section; its great you did those things but list specific examples. i.e. Imaged Machines using Norton Ghost or Installed Windows XP/2k on various platforms.

Same goes for the experiences section. List SPECIFIC items that you worked on. i.e. Consulted on total revamp of network infrastructure even thats a bit vague, but that leaves a question for the potential employer to ask "Can you expand upon how you revamp the network?" This is where you can truly shine. Showing your technical prowess and verbal skills.

Agreed on being more specific. Let them know exactly what you are capable of up front.

there probably won't be much else. You can list honors, certifications, a couple of related course work.

my bad about the "just coming out of high school" comment. i got confused with you being 18 (did you start college really early? you have "Jan 2005 to present" which would put you at 16?).

You might as well put it in - they'll find out anyway. I have never seen a resume without someone's age on it - it either begs the question 'what are they hiding' or 'did they forget'.

OP, try and get some help and advice from ppl you know in the job area - even ask your parents to let you see theirs - it can be very difficult to produce a decent piece without having anything to compare it to

As you're just coming out of high school, there probably won't be much else. You can list honors, certifications, a couple of related course work.

Graduated HS when I was 16, have 33 college credits done and 10 in current classes.
