An iron horse with a flaxen tail.

the shorter his tail becomes. What is it?

Im going to say a coal train.

After reading the definition of flax i say that becuase flax is a plant that produces fossil fuel and coal and is grayish in color. The faster the train goes the shorted its smoke trail is. Shorter as in hight from the ground up not overall lenght.

There is a seven-letter word in the English language that contains ten words without rearranging any of its letters." What is the word?
1) not sure...one of those wind-up toys?
2) the street?
3) i heard this one so not answering.

I want to say bones because whenever you move you get microfractures which heal and become stronger than before.

Nope

Aha, a world record.

Funny, but no

My Chiapet and Gimp do that too...but sadly they are never the answer to a riddle.

The answer to this riddle I don't agree with when you consider the A messenger small and slight part. To me it's a very big thing.

I was thinking a phone line/cable for this, but street makes sense.

That part kinda bothered me also, but I didn't write the riddle.

There is still the 7 letter word one from above, but here is another.

During WWII, there was a bridge connecting Germany and Switzerland, and on the German side, there was a sentry tower with a guard in it. He would come out every three minutes to check on the bridge, and he had orders to turn back anyone who tried to get into Germany, and shoot anyone trying to escape without a pass. There was a woman who desperately needed to get into Switzerland, and she knew she didn't have time to get a pass. It would take her at least six minutes to cross the bridge, but she managed to do it. How?

She only needs 3 mins to get to the middle of the bridge, and then pretend to be trying to get into germany when the guard came back.

attempt to 'enter' germany while the guard is returning from his rounds, and get sent back to switzerland.
