My girlfriend is gonna be real shook up about this for the next couple days. She loved Fashion Police, and specifically because of Joan. She came up with some really good edgy jokes. And even joked about herself and her poor health until the end. RIP

That's a damned shame. I would guess that they put her too far under and that caused her heart and breathing to stop. Should be one helluva law suit. But, my guess is just that, a guess.
