Ripped-off by BigDaddyDeals

After not reading the entire thread about BigDaddyDeals on 8/13, I purchased the Lexmark 4800 dpi 4-in-1 Printer with Flatbed Fax Scanner Copier for $100 + $25 shipping using my credit card. Little did I know that it was a start-up company with no reputation.

I received a call the same day I purchased, from someone at BigDaddys, that left me a wrong phone number. I was unable to reach them or know what they wanted. Days later I receive an email confirming the purchase and stated if I didn't receive the printer in 2 weeks to contact them.

Unfortunatley for me, the site is gone, I have no name, no number, no address, no nothing and I am out $125.

Can anyone offer insight to what I should do? Can I get my money back somehow?

Sure, you can call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Shouldn't be a problem

I would definitely call your CC company and inform them/dispute the charge. Do it ASAP.

Dispute the charges, you'll win easily as they never shipped you anything. Probably worth it to cancel your existing number and get a new one while you're at it.
