Do they support IMAP/POP3?

I should know this since I had an account with them (which I sold).

I am not sure. In the mail manager, there is a link to auto config Outlook Express for your mail accounts...

I know it supports POP3/SMTP as I've been using it for a couple of weeks now.

Doubtful since it autoconfigs outlook just like HigherHost email config does.

But my dathorn has an auto config as well (cPanel) yet they offer IMAP support.

often webmail means they run IMAPd if it helps any. I haven't really seen pop based webmail.

I joined there this week and there servers are all down or something, left serveral messages to which no one replies, no i have to get my money back from my cc company.

There was a fire at NAC where apparently some of their servers are or data flows through to get to them?

Anyway...my domain is hosted there and I did have some problems that day but it's been fine since. Email has been working (even got a 20MB attachment from a friend). Website is up and running fine.

Hey for the people who got their ripplehost account working. I have a question since I can't get a reply on the ripple host support board. I transfered my domain name from godaddy to ns1.ripplehost.com and ns2....

Its been like 10 days and my domain name woodbineroofing.com is still not resolving. WTF? Does someone have to create the entries?
