By the Supreme Court saying what it is expected for them to say, going by the leaked information, someone challenging California's abortion laws wont take up the Supreme Courts time. Why would you want someone who is anti-abortion and doesnt like California law on it, filing a lawsuit against it, putting it on hold while it waits to be heard at the Supreme Court, which can be a year or longer?

The ONE possible defense I might buy into about sparing the Filibuster is that AFTER WE LOSE THE HOUSE AND SENATE it might well turn around and bite us in the rear-end.
Of course NOT reforming the filibuster will really grease the skids for the above outcome because then NOTHING will get passed! THAT is the problem!
