Hi all,
I have a Dlink DGL-4300 router which I just purchased a week ago. It's been having a bizarre problem - whenever I use my Sunrocket "gizmo" to make a VOIP call the router either reboots as soon as I finish dialing the number, or it will reboot seconds in to the call. I am 100% sure it is the "gizmo" causing the problem as without fail it ONLY reboots when I dial a number or am on a call.
I also have a Vonage Linksys RT31P2 for VOIP calls connected to the DGL-4300 and I don't get the same behavior using that device.
When I used the Gizmo with my previous router - a Dlink DI-604 it worked with out problem.
My question is - why is my Sunrocket VOIP device causing the DGL-4300 to reboot and what can I do about it?
Thanks very much for any help.
