router that supports dialup failover

Here's the scenario:

Small office (10-15 machines) sharing a 2-way satellite internet connection. It's not the most reliable service, and with winter storms coming I'd like to setup a router that will automatically fail-over to dialup internet (the only other option available). *Ideally* it could handle some kind of multi-link or bonding of 2 dialup connections.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

SMC has several models that offer that capability, the SMC7004AWBR that I have in my closet is one of those.

Yep, great router. I use the non-wireless one for several clients with no problems.

How does it detect a broadband (WAN) failure?

When the carrier is gone, it figures that the connection is too!

I've read a lot of negative reviews on that SMC router. It seems the older version works fine, but the newer version has major stability problems. Any other options?

ISDN....expensive, but faster than dialup, and supported by a lot of routers

ISDN is, unfortunately, not available in the area. Two options for internet -- satellite, and dialup.
