Been lifting normally but hips are still bothering me. Diet hasn't been terribly on point the past week or so either. It seems heavier weight on squats make my hips feel worse, where squatting even 80% of my max feels pretty nice and comfortable. The pain feels like it is more in the joint of my hip than my tendons or muscles, so I'm not sure what is going on. I stretch my hips out pretty decently three times a week and try not to sit for longer than an hour at a time.
Other than squats, rest of my lifts are feeling pretty good. I did a 5x5 workout with my g/f last sunday and it was pretty awesome.
