Empowered cop with an attitude problem and an apparently uncooperative "victim" behaving erratically.
What could go wrong?
It's not often I say this... but.... I don't see anything the officer did that was that out of line.
Cop had all the right to slam her down by any means. Anyone who listened to that video can tell that she was:
1. Agitating the cop.
2. Behaving erratically. The more the scene progressed, the more erratic she became.
3. Refusing to cooperate the entire time.
4. Wouldn't shut the fuck up and stop threatening the cop (Not that this is illegal, but it definitely doesn't help the situation).
5. Warned COUNTLESS times. If you are warned to do something 25 times, things are NEVER going to be good, nor will they EVER be in your favor. It's just stupid to expect otherwise.
He took her over to the side, but from the sounds of things, I didn't hear any indication that he hurt her physically anymore than previous encounters that were on camera.
If a cop tells you to get out of the car. Get out of the fucking car, how stupid can you be? Worry about if his actions are legal/justified AFTERWARDS.
