Santa Cruz or Audigy

I've been looking around a lot for a card to replace my SB128 and have narrowed my list down to
the Santa Cruz or the Audigy. My main concern here is the card that produces the best 3D Positional/Realistic
Sound. If anyone has any details on how good Sensaura 3d is compared with Creative's Advanced HD, then that would help as well.....
