Sapphire Redline utility?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this tweak utility?

I just picked up a retail copy of a Sapphire 9500 Pro and it was supposed to come with an overclocking tweak utility. However it appears that Sapphire no longer ships this with the cards.

I contacted the tech guy at The Sapphire website and he told me to search for it on the net. So far my searches have come up empty.

Any suggestions?

It's just a dumbed down version of Rage3D Tweak (rage3d.com) so get that instead.

Rage3D tweak crashes my Radeon8500 system and always has. =/
