SATA Question

I just got 2 WD Raptor 74Gig as a present from my gf
Since my MB does not have SATA build in, I need to buy a SATA Controller
Can you guys recommend which SATA Controller is good.
And how hard is it set up RAID 0 configuration?

I personally like the SI3114/3112A cards. DFI and some other folks put them on their motherboards. I just picked up a Rocket 1520 which uses a highpoint controller and that seems to be working pretty well and is very well supported.
