SATA RAID on ASUS P4C800-E?

I have an old comp with a P4C800-E Asus motherboard. The mobo has 2 SATA connectors and 2 SATA RAID connectors. I have a HDD on each of the regular SATA connectors.

Is it possible to add 2 HDDs to form a RAID config on the RAID connectors, but at the same time keep the 2 existing HDDs in the non-RAID config? Can the mobo work in this mixed mode?
