And for the first time in my college career, it coincides with a day I really didnt want to go anyway. Looks like I will be having an extra long spring break.
I used to love snow days growing up. To bad I'm A. an adult now and B. in Florida
Hurricane days are fun though!
Nice thing about working for the school system is you revert back to your 12 year old self everytime there is a chance for snow.

I miss those days...if I had the computer I have now during those days I would be a happy camper. Enjoy it because once you start working you will miss all the free time
im working from home today in rockville, md. so tempted to go in my basement and play tomb raider. played it for 3 hours last night and it's incredible and really hard to not just go down there and play right now

Jeez you went in today? Almost everyone around here stayed in. The normally empty parking lot here is almost full.

This is the secret to good working from home. Keep your gaming pc away from your work-from-home office space. I fail at that. Actually I use Synergy so I'm even using the same keyboard/mouse to control my work laptop and it's just too easy to move between them.

yet ANOTHER overhyped storm that hardly did anything. they called for 6-10 inches around here and i have about MAYBE 1 inch on the grass and a buncha slush on the road.
why is it that as technology gets better the weather predictions get so much worse? i remember when i was a kid they used to be on the money with predictions. now they are so totally off with this shit.
