Screen Capturing Media Files? (DivX)

I've found a few great digitally created scenes in "little nicky", (they did a greaaaaaat job on hell, you should see it!) and i need it for a presentational essay.
Print Screen doesn't work, that always gives me a blank screen..

Any ideas.

print screen works fine for me, what program are you dropping it into after you get the image? I tested that with photoshop, FYI it gave me a blank screen also when i tried pasting into MS paint.

Im using Sasami2k (Player), or WMP in Win2k.
Pasting into Photoshop 6.01

I use Virtualdub to extract frames from video files.
