There is one last issue we're working on with the indexes not refreshing, that will be nailed later this evening.

Cheers

Sorry, Jason. I don't see any improvement. The 2 examples I gave just above still don't work.

Advanced search
off topic
all of these words: Don Adams
last 3 days
title or body
No search results were found

same search but title and summary instead of title or body
3 threads about don Adams death show up - all with Don Adams in the title.

Again, there is one last issue that will be looked at later tonight (that has nothing to do with search but affects the full text catalogs)

MSSQL paused the indexes, they hadn't been updated in a few days. Found it on a routine maint check of the db. Also there was a problem with any words which i sorted out last night.

Cheers, sorry for the delay!

Please fix the search index. Unless I search by my user ID, My FS/FT thread is not displaying in search results and I posted the thread yesterday. I need it to come up with keyword searches or it's useless.

Please, please, whine, whine, sob, sniff - work your magic and fix the search. It hasn't worked (except for a period of about 48 hrs) since 9/18. :brokenheart:

This is still going on, at least it seems to be. I have made a thread in For Sale with the title containing PSP but when I do a search it doesn't show up until the 7th (or later) page. It is the most recent tread containing PSP in the title so it would be great if it would at least appear on the first page of a search specific to PSP. I can see it dropping off the front page but it should be there in a search.

Thanks

Do you have "order search results by date" checked on the Advanced Search page? That should take care of it for all your searches until you uncheck the box, access while logged out or clear your cookies.

Let me know if there are any further issues.

Thanks!
