well guys, I am currently on my aunt's wireless connection and next month or so I will be moving out.
We are still gonna be living in the Los Angeles region and was wondering which company I should go to for broadband internet.
Since moving to Cali I see alot of companies who provides internet:
Earthlink, COmcast, SBC, roadrunner, dsl extreme, etc....
Who should I go to.
Also.. DSL vs Cable...
DSL: I doubt we will have a home phone lan so if I can find a decent $$$ deal for using DSL than cable, I will considerate.
Unless you guys think cable is the way for me.
I could careless if its DSL or Cable..
as long its a decent price for the upload/download speed.
speed: I am constantly downloading files over a gig and I do hate waiting for 3+ hours with basic dsl/cable speed.
so im willing to pay for a faster connection.
question is, WHO???... please help me, thx... and btw try avoid recommending Comcast...
it is what im using now and seems very popular around my current neighborhood that our speed during specific hours is hampered dramatically.
so Comcast Cable has a big weight in Los Angeles I assume and I rather avoid them.
