Separate Raid Arrays on Vista

I am not tech savy but am trying to build a computer that will share programs and files to others in an office. I want to run to OS (Vista Business) and an accounting program on a Raid 0 and put other files on another drive (a Raid 1). I built the rig and installed the OS and got it to work but I cannot "see" the Raid 1 setup. It shows up during the POST but only shows up as "Disk 1" (without a drive letter) in the Vista Disk Management screen. The Raid 0 has two Seagate 500GB SATA Hard Drives, the Raid 1 has two Seagate 1.5TB SATA Hard Drives. Any ideas?

Set the drive to Basic, create the partition then format the drive. Good luck!
