Where I work people do, although usually these are subtle. An Example: A female coworker got on your knees to get something on very low shelf, a male employee walks up to her places his hands on his waste, spread his legs, and thrust his pelvis towards her face like she needs service him.

No one gets offended though where I work.

A more subtle one. One of the women is married to Chinese man, so one of the coworkers jokingly asked if she likes to suck on Chinese Zucchini.

Another: A female worker has a fat pen when a globe on top that vibrates. Very phallic shaped, and one male worker asked her if she cleans this after each use.

Also, you only assume that no one is offended. Some people keep it bottled up inside. In this day and age, sexual innuendos in the office are as like as bringing a steak knife to school to cut your lunch. There's a good chance that no one is going to say anything, but if someone does, you're screwed big time. Only a fool of an owner/manager would allow such to occur in the workplace.

other departments in the company do... the pit is pretty notorious for being exactly what you'd expect a bunch of geeky sex-starved dorks confined in a small area to be like.

in my specific department, though, sexual jokes are pretty rare.

We don't have any kind of sexual banter at my office. This seems a bit excessive even for the guys on the trading floors back when my dad worked at the exchange. Heh, I remember one of the guys going back and forth with a clerk with one of the other firms. After she went back to her post, Joe thought up a comeback and went through the trouble of calling over to her firm to get her on the phone just to tell her, "If you do work for McDonald's you'll have to get your uniform super-sized."

There is some subtle banter between those who are close friends outside of work, but other than that people are too scared to deal with HR about it.
