They have ignored my e-mails for over a week now, about a simple inquiry if they could ship me some replacement springs for the tower 120. This company apparently has no customer service whatsoever, so please, be aware of that when you purchase. Even if post means one less customer for them, I will sleep better at night.

Maybe the spam filter bagged 'em or something. Stranger things have happened!

Okay, I know how to get in contact with a company, I'm not stupid... I'm well aware of spam filters, I have emailed them from three different email accounts. I have also called them, and left messages. I was not rude to them at any point, but there is a breaking point to not being given a crap about, especially over something this trivial. I have also emailed this paul dude you linked me to, he has not answered either... There is something obviously going on here, especially since I have emailed them in the past and had no problems, I wasn't looking for advice on how to get springs, I was merely giving a heads up to people that this company appears to be mia lately...

The OP is right. sunbeam has horrible customer service in my past experience.
