I like my Remington alot.

Then again I'm your stereotypical Asian guy which means your average American girl has more facial hair than me.

<< and returned it next day cause its piece of shi.t >>

That's your problem right there. You didn't follow directions. EVERYONE KNOWS you have to adjust to an electric. THe first few times you use one, it's bad, and doesn't cut close. --But after your face gets used to it, it will cut closer than any blade.

Having said that, I use blades. I only shave when I'm getting annoyed by my facial hair. I use the cheapest disposeable blades I can find. They are much better than Mach 3, I have found. I shave in the shower, using water only.

Norelco for me, made my skin itch the first few times.
it still shaves close after a year.

I have an electric from way back (1994, its time to replace it, though its still good. The only problem is the skin has to take time to get used to it. It hurts my soft skin a lot.

I use the sensor Excel.. its good enough for me. However I plan to get a norelco later this year.

<< my facial hair grows fast, I have to shave daily! >>

Same here. Or, rather, I should say, I SHOULD shave daily. Like I said, though, I usually only do it when it bothers me. I only have to have meetings and such about 3 days a week, and when I work, I work alone, late at night. --So, usually from Thusday to Sunday, I don't shave. --And I itch like a bastard, so it's just in time to shave for my day around people again on Monday.

seems like this has become a weekly thread eh??
anyhoo....I've said this many times, but I like the Schick X-reme 3 alot. The Mach 3 gave me alot of knicks and cuts, but the X-treme 3 leaves my face baby butt smooths with no blood stains afterwards.

Nothing beats a Mach3 for me. I've tried two different electrics and they did nothing but irritate my skin and give me a half-assed shave. I like using the gel stuff.

I like a sharped rock .

I switched to a Mach 3 about a month ago. Still not sure if it shaves closer then my former razor but I certainly don't cut myself as much.

I have a Remington Microscreen Intercept, works great for me.
Plus the battery life is very good.
The baldes/screen will need t be changed soon, but it still leaves my skin almost baby smooth.

Gilette, not a mach 3 but a regular non-pivot, non-gooey disposable dual blade. For weekends or a fast shave, I use an old Norelco but that doesn't cut it for work; won't get close enough.

Been shaving every day since 13 years old. Blade wears out in about a week. Tiresome.

I like my Panasonic Linear Electric ES8068 about the best, and I've tried a few (Braun, Remington, and yes even the Mach 3). It shaves closer and quicker than any electric, and it does shave closer than a Mach three on my nasty stubbly neck than any blade would even come close to. The nice thing is that it's a wet dry shaver, you can use shaving cream or take it in the shower too!!!

This thing is NOT cheap however (~$160)

Holy Cow, do I hate shaving. If I don't wait to shave until my facial hair gets nice and long then I get nicks, cuts, and razor burn everywhere and on top of that I don't get a smooth shave. I have tried Gillette Trac 2 (or whatever it's called), Sensor Excel, Mach 3, Shick Diamond something-or-other and pretty much every different type of Gillette and Edge gel/foam that exists and it still doesn't matter. I once got a panasonic electric razor for my birthday and even that didn't shave close enough (and I used it for almost 2 years). I swear i must have the worst face for shaving.

I'm sure one of these days I'll find the right combination of razor and gel, but until then I just have to wait and shave about every 4 or 5 days.
