Should I Buy WoW?

it's a fun game, but it will suck the life out of you.

it will only do that if you let it, with some self controll its just like anything else, now i play wow more then many others but i dont watch television at all, its just replaceing 1 thing with another

Same... I don't play WoW anymore, it was my backup MMO - EVE being numero Uno - and while I play A LOT I don't watch TV and I am too beat up from childhood yardball ( tackle football on hickory nuts 4tl ) to go be super active outside.

Like I said at start, if you don't expect to dedicate your whole weekend to WoW + probably up to 2 days in the week, don't bother, you will not be able to raid and you won't be able to play the end game.

If its the only game you want to play then do it. I didnt want to have to devote all my gaming time to just have a level 60 so I cancelled a few months back.

That's like asking a crack addict if you should buy crack... If he wants crack when you ask, he'll say yes at the prospect of getting some himself... if he's been sober for a while he'll say HELL NO because he can see the time wasted in doing it, clearly.
