Should I install?

I just finished my computer build and installed vista. Seems to be working well, played Bioshock last night, the connection to the internet seems fine but I have this MOBO cd that has the following:
INF update utility - which "installs inf files that inform the operating system how to porperly configure the chipset for specific fuctionality such as PCI-express or usb". Sounds good but again, things seem to be working fine (will they work better or differently with this installed)

Realtek HD audio Driver: I am using the MOBO sound but it seems to be working ok without the driver.

Realtek Lan Driver: same as above

Before installing anything else, you should install the chipset drivers. They do more than just make sure the mobo components properly install with the OS.

Agreed and you should get the latest on the net as the CD might be a little old now...

Nowadays, the mb disk isn't much needed since Vista knows how to handle most nic's and updates immediately anyway - of course, this isn't true for XP. Windows Update might not have the latest for all components however - one should visit the GPU, nic, audio and mb websites to verify the latest. The mb websites usually don't have the lastest GPU, nic or audio drivers - the exception is ADI audio which has no update website.

Currently, it seems that "a little old" is 1-2 months...
