Shuttle AN35N Ultra AGP ? and recommendation

I have a question hopefully someone knows the answer to.

Does anyone know if a "Bloody Monster" geforce4 64mb MX440 SE 4x/2x AGP card will work in a Shuttle AN35N Ultra mobo?

I know the AN35N Ultra is 8x/4x with 1.5v and I believe the card is 3.3v/1.5 (Universal)

I'm going to get another card but was wondering if that would work.

Also what's a decent cheaply priced 128mb card W/TV out that works well with this mobo?

EDIT: There are a ton of 128mb TV out cards that will work fine but how much gaming performance and what price range?

SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9200 is a nice card@ a good price.
