Shuttle integrated lan issue, won't recognize.

SN41G2V2 w/2800 Barton and 512 Corsair.

I hooked the system up last night, got everything plugged in and setup. Hooked the PC up to my router <which runs the other two PC's and two xBox's in my house perfectly>. Tried to connect to the internet and low and behold, nothing happened. I tried absolutely everything. Reinstalling the drivers, re-setting up of the home network, I even messed with the router against my better judgement <since I knew it worked fine>, hell, I even tried four different cables.

I installed an extra NIC into the systemm, turned it on and it worked fine... ran perfectly. I read through the manual and thumbed through the disk for network drivers but couldn't find them <maybe I am overlooking them / looking too hard>. I don't want to use the ONLY PCI slot I have to run a NIC where the system came with an integrated port.

Anyone have any good news or help they can provide???

It sounds like you have loaded the drivers, but check the Device Manager and make sure there are no problems. If there are not, ping the NIC from the computer (ping 127.0.0.1). Make sure you are getting link lights. If all of these things are working, you are probably having some kind of configuration issue.

The NIC wasn't enabled in the Bios. I enabled it last night and it worked perfectly.
