QFT, that is what is keeping me on skt 939 right now.

Of note, this is the older version of the SG-01, not the new evo or evolution model.
Basically the only difference is 80 mm fans instead of 60mm on the old one. Still a nice case and the cooling in only slightly worse than the Evo. I have a black Evo...

WOW! ~$29 s/h to NJ. That's a bit steep for me; NewEgg only charges $13. I was considering two, and they doubled that s/h to $57+. Too bad.

Edit: note that their s/h-adjusted price about matches NewEgg IFF NE doesn't charge you state tax and you get can free-shipping using Paypal.

The NE $110 model appears to mix photos of two versions -- the rear shot with an external fan over the slots matches the Xoxide [OP] model, but the other shots have the slanted internal fan -- the newer model??? How odd....

The system I'm building for a friend needs to be -quiet-, support an AM2 uATX board and have a fairly heavy duty processor to run frequent huge excel spreadsheets -- something like an x2 4600+. I favor Zalman's quiet CPU coolers, but that runs into trouble in these small cases: most of their AM2 coolers are TALL, no longer being those horizontal flowers of the 939 days. [The low CNPS8000 hasn't been very warmly received, so it's out.]

I'm guessing this case can't take a cooler taller than 100mm: does anyone know of a QUIET CPU cooler that will fit here and cope with fairly fast CPU's? 'Guess I'll post this elsewhere as well, but it seemed like this thread has some folks familiar with the case.

Edit: Cripes... the manual on the Evo [which is the model w/ the slanted rear fan] says cooler height cannot exceed 78mm. And combined depth of PSU + optical drive < 355mm.

Nice info on the NT06. 'Shame the "-lite" isnt' more widely available, but, as you indicate, the fan of the 06 can just be pitched.

Many thanks. This guy took my money and ran apparently. I sent cash for the A64 3400+ he had for sale and he hasnt responded since then. Total loser! This thread should be closed and this guy should be banned given the above post. I've got his address for anyone that needs it and I'll be in the area on business in the middle of January to collect my refund.
