Not in 10 years, maybe 60 years. There will be plenty of Iraqi terrorist organizations built upon this Iraq war for at least a couple of generations. Prior to the war Iraq was harmless. No it wasn't a healthy nation, no it wasnt a friendly nation, but it was HARMLESS. If we wanted to go into Iraq to "create a better Iraq" we sure as hell screwed that up. But your memory is short, we didnt want to go into Iraq to make it better, we went in there because of WMDs..that never existed. Stop your delusions, you can do it.

How soon you forget about saddam repeatedly kicking the inspectors off of sites and playing games with the UN resolutions.
