Skip scandisk in windows install?

hmm, why would you want to skip scandisk??

I have like 8 bad sectors on the hard drive i want to use and windows wont install with them there.... so i need to skip skandisk.

have you tried a low level format of the hdd to try to clear those bad sectors?
may or may not work.
IMO, trying to install windows without scandisk seems crazy to me if you value the integrity of your data.
