SLI - Two OC'd GTX 260s

If I have two OC'd gtx260s, will SLI work in tandem at the OC rate or will or will clock down to stock?

Also, if one is OC'd more then the second, which needs to be in the first pci slot?

1. It will work at the o/c'd rate. It should not clock down to stock.

however, please correct me if I'm wrong, but won't the two cards function at the slowest speed? ie, if one is running at 655 core and one is at 677 core, the sli pair will then run at 655 core, correct?

In my experience, the cards will not downclock and will run at whatever their respective default speeds are.

Interesting. I wonder then too if the Nvidia toolset for oc'ing the GPUs will work on SLI. Thanks for the replies/.
