Smallville Finale tonight.... *potential spoilers*

Wow... how sick was that... ? I can't believe they ended a season like that. I don't know if I can wait till next season. There are so many things that could happen..

I haven't watch smallville in a while but I kinda wanted to watch it tonight. It was a good episode but WTF was with the end? I mean, it was the season finale right?

i dont know why but it seems like all seasons or series finale for this year are all bad, such as X-Files, Friends and Smallville. What the heck are the writers thinking?? That was so cruel leaving us hanging like that ... damn, damn them all for putting me in this positionn!!!

Season finales usually do that. It's been getting less popular, but at least you'll watch it again next season, right?
Anyways, I'll tell you what's going to happen. Lana dies.
Everyone knows that Lana dies in the comics. That's why he doens't end up with her.
He's going to learn how to fly as well, as he'll be thrown by a tornado.
Lex will let want his father to die, as he is cold hearted, but will save his life to show him good nature. The plant will open once again. This is another hint to his dark and evil future.
Chloe will leave, and Clark will move to Metropolis after graduation. He too will get a job with her at the Daily Planet. He'll still not have a cape and tights yet though (sorry ladies), as that was the deal for the show. No cape, no tights.

Hope I didn't ruin anything for any of you.

really lana dies? Thats it for me. I only watch the show for her.

However this episode was pretty cool. I think the reporter dies, clark learns about his history, and build that crystal place that looks like his homeplanet. I think they move out of smallville. Who read the comics already? they can tell us exactly everything.

Of course all fans will watch the series again next season but it so cruel.
Anyway, Lana will not die from the tornado! And Clark wont be flying in Smallville, at least not till the very end of the series.
COme on, they cant kill Lana, it hurts watching her crying while driving ... killing her will make me hate the writers.

If they go by your idea, they'll have to change the name of the show from "Smallville" to "Metropolis". I don't think Clark is moving anywhere right now

Why not? After high school he leaves. They'll probably deviate from the comics a little bit. Yeah, but the comics were pretty gay. They had Superboy and his stupid kryptonian dog and they both wore stupida$$ costumes and saved the day. But then again, by then Clark...err..cough, I mean Superboy was able to fly and use heat vision and such. Seriously, I think the first things to come will be the glasses.

Clark may in fact learn to fly next season. They're already hinting at his powers becoming a lot stronger. I'm not sure what is really going to happen, but even though more than half of the episodes are totally lame, I'm going to still watch it.

Whitney died or is forgotten
Clark flies and saves Lana (obvious one)
Lex lets his dad die...
Clark's pah and the reporter die...
Don't know what to make of the spaceship...

it's all in the "eyes of the beholder". i dont think LL going to die, but instead chloe will die, and CK end up meeting lois lane @ daily planet where he get a partime job while attending metropolis university.

I don't think Lana will die. If anyone is going to die in the series its going to be Chloe. Clark will fly in the season opener and save Lana. The reporter from the inquister is going to be killed somehow but lex will find out about clark's secret, permanently changing their relationship. As for whether or not Lex lets his father die, I'm not sure that he does just. Yes, there has to be a catalyst from when Lex succumbs to the "dark side". I just don't think it will happen this early in the series. I think he'll save his father, and his father will give him the plant back and let him stay in smallville.

As for Lana dying, I don't think it will happen in the series. I don't read comics so I don't know what happens, but in the original superman movie, the woman that plays Clark's mom played Lana Lang.
